HR Manager

Sam Dennigan & Company UC, one of Ireland's largest Irish-owned fresh produce and logistics companies, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and support employee engagement and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR systems (Strandum) and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with data protection requirements.
• Ensure employment contracts, handbooks and policies remain compliant.
• Mentor, coordinate and oversee the HR team.
• Ensure full coverage of HR duties and HR administration tasks.
• Coordinate HR activities such as new starters, leavers, employee letters and HR documentation
