Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in the F&B industry) Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policies Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle HR operations independently and maintain a professional workplace culture
