HR Manager - Healthcare

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare services company based in Central Jakarta is looking for an HR Manager who can build and improve HR operations from the ground up. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment with minimal existing structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and monthly payroll.
• Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data (manual calculation via Excel; no HRIS yet).
• Support and oversee the migration process to a new payroll platform, while maintaining manual Excel payroll as requested by internal stakeholders.
• Handle HR processes for freelance medical professionals (doctors & nurses) including contract flow and admin coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee data for ~150 employees across departments.
