Job Summary
The HR Manager / HR Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the HR department in multiple background industries and all aspects of human resources management and administration. This role assists in implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, development, payroll coordination, and performance management systems.
Job Responsibilities: -
Payroll
- Responsible payroll processing to ensure monthly payroll calculation is accurate and timely payout as per payroll calendar.
- Payroll / EPF / SOCSO and income tax deductions.
- Notification of new employee and resigned employee to IRD (i.e. Form CP22, CP22A)
- Annual EA form and Income tax filing
- Responsible for all internal and external payroll reports and the annual and ad-hoc payroll-related report
- Acts as the primary contact for all payroll related queries.
