Key Accountabilities

·Establish partnerships and maintain close relationships with business management to recognize, identify, and understand business trends, issues, goals and needs for present and future business initiatives.·Provide strategic human resource insight and guidance on organization issues and business implications pertaining to specific projects and initiatives.·Direct implementation of new or revised HR programs and/or policies through effective communications and training of business unit managers and employees.·Provide ongoing consulting and support services to business unit managers in the execution/delivery of HR programs and policies as well as guidance related to the management of their employees.·Lead HR projects and initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with business unit management and COE staffs to develop and implement programs and processes to meet business needs.·Provide coordination regarding Employee R...
