- University Graduation

- 15 years experience in Human Resources filed and 5 years as manager role

- Familiar with the operation procedures of all human resources modules

- Solid knowledge of India labor law and regulations

- Proactive and good team spirit

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

- Be responsible for the full modules of Human Resources

- Handle employee complaints and related matters

- Be responsible for the compliance of HR practices

- Be in charge of full spectrum of administrative affairs
