HR Manager (Industrial Relations & Union matters)

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions at a corporate level. This role has high exposure to Employee Relations and Industrial/Union Matters and will act as a key advisor to leadership on people strategy, compliance, and workforce engagement.
Critical Requirement: Proven, hands-on experience managing unionized environments, industrial relations, and employee relations frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Industrial / Union Relations (High Priority)
Lead and develop comprehensive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations frameworks, policies, and procedures
Act as the primary HR lead for union engagement, negotiations, and dispute resolution
Manage disciplinary processes, misconduct cases, grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
