Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
Manage and support performance management systems and employee development plans.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Must come from the Chemical Manufacturing/ production industry
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organisational needs.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance on conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
