HR MANAGER

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Manage employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and industrial relations matters.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Handle employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems.

Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.

Perform any other duties within the scope of work as assigned by Management.
