Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
• Manage employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and industrial relations matters.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of work as assigned by Management.
