Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead Labor Relations and governance-driven HR operations across our property and hotel portfolio.
This role is critical in protecting the organization from labor risk, enforcing discipline standards, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws within fast-paced operational environments.
The ideal candidate is firm, analytical, and confident in handling complex ER/LR matters and government proceedings.
