Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions within the textile business, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall organizational development. This role requires strong industry knowledge, especially related to labor laws, factory environments, and workforce management in textile manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels, including technical, production, and management roles.
Coordinate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
