HR Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate in any of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Psychology;
• At least five (5) years as W/S Head with exposure to benefits/recruitment works;
• At least five (5) years experience as Human Resource Manager;
• Preferably with accreditation from psychological testing centers;
• Strong background in industrial/labor relations;
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and design and implement developmental programs to improve general and technical competencies of employees.
• Willing to be assigned in Padcal, Tuba Benguet

Duties to Perform:

• The Human Resource Manager oversees and manages the personnel and work activities under the wage and salary, records, benefits (company and government mandated), recruitment and manpower development (training and sports), and employee relations.
