Role Summary
The HR Manager (mid to experienced) is a senior on-site leadership role responsible for fair, consistent, and effective people management within a healthcare virtual assistant organization. The role balances empathy with accountability and ensures attendance, conduct, and performance standards are enforced while maintaining trust and morale.
Key Responsibilities
• Enforce attendance, punctuality, and conduct policies consistently
• Manage progressive discipline and documentation
• Handle employee relations matters impartially
• Coach supervisors on people management
• Maintain HR compliance and records
• Develop performance accountability systems
• Learn operational workflows sufficiently to contextualize HR decisions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years HR experience (onsite)
