We are hiring a results-driven HR Manager to lead recruitment operations, labor compliance, and employee governance for a growing manpower agency.
This role demands firm leadership , strong command of DOLE and labor regulations , and the ability to manage high-volume manpower operations with minimal supervision.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end manpower recruitment and deployment
Ensure full compliance with DOLE and Labor Code requirements
Serve as primary representative during DOLE inspections and labor cases
Enforce employee discipline, due process, and policy implementation
Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Act as HR lead for client and workforce-related concerns
Requirements:
3–5 years HR leadership experience (manpower/recruitment preferred)
