HR MANAGER

We are hiring a results-driven HR Manager to lead recruitment operations, labor compliance, and employee governance for a growing manpower agency.

This role demands firm leadership , strong command of DOLE and labor regulations , and the ability to manage high-volume manpower operations with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end manpower recruitment and deployment

• Ensure full compliance with DOLE and Labor Code requirements

• Serve as primary representative during DOLE inspections and labor cases

• Enforce employee discipline, due process, and policy implementation

• Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance

• Act as HR lead for client and workforce-related concerns

Requirements:

• 3–5 years HR leadership experience (manpower/recruitment preferred)
