We are looking for an HR Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our new site in Penang, Malaysia. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Your tasks
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to oversee all HR operations and people strategies for our Malaysia office. This role is responsible for driving HR excellence, ensuring legal compliance, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with PEC's global objectives.
