HR Manager

*Purpose Statement: *
Responsible for leading the Human Resources efforts at a site; serving as the business partner to the site leader; coaching/counseling the site leadership team in pursuit of desired site performance; developing human capital strategies for the site; leading site HR services.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Lead site HR staff in delivering HR initiatives aligned with Corporate strategy, including staffing, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. May also be responsible for HRMS administration, health, safety, and security.
• Serve as a coach and trusted partner with site management to execute strategic decisions, provide guidance on business issues, and identify training and development needs of associates.
