ZF is German company and global leading organization for Automotive parts. There are around 500 employees from different divisions working in ZF Malaysia. Today, we have the job opening of HR Manager, belonging to Division Aftermarket, located in Senai, Johor.

What you can look forward to as a HR Manager:

• Advisor/coach to Local leaders on HR issues and how to improve and meet business goals, making best use of the Standard HR Tool box(systems,processes,policies). Fostering Empl. engagement and performance(Skill/Will) at the site incl. hiring requests.
• Manage local HR Services (apprenticeship, operational integration management, etc). Problem resolution (case & escalation management). Formulation of local market/business needs to improve HR performance. Main responsible for the HR budget of the locatio...
