Role Overview

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee documentation, and separation processing.
• Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
• Address employee relations matters such as complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and confidential resolution.
