QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• With at least 3–5 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to administration and finance functions.
• Must have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and retail operations.
• Must demonstrate extensive experience in retail operations knowledge.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Must possess proficiency in MS Excel including basic formulas for reporting and data management tasks.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both - English and Filipino.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
