Your new role 
Full spectrum HR Generalist (payroll, C&B, L&D, performance management, ER/IR)
Integration of new system including payroll, attendance, and e-leave. 
Automating payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conducting employee engagement activities to keep employee morale high.
Coordinating suitable training and HRDF programmes to upskill employees.
