HR Manager NL & Iberia

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full HR scope for Fuji Seal Europe BV, Fuji Seal BV, and the Iberian office. You will lead, develop, and support all HR processes, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, business needs, in alignment with the Fuji Seal Group strategy.

You act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, and you guide the HR team in delivering high-quality service across recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
