QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
With at least 3–5 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to administration and finance functions.
Must have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and retail operations.
Must demonstrate extensive experience in retail operations knowledge.
Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
Must possess proficiency in MS Excel including basic formulas for reporting and data management tasks.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both - English and Filipino.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
