-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- 3 years experience in Labor Law
-Preferably Female
-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
-Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
-Experience with HR software and systems
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus

Salary: PHP 50,000-53,000
