HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in an HR management or senior HR role.
• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
