QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in HR Management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR Operations.
• Strong background in employee engagement, relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge and experience in succession planning and leadership development
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making skills, with ability to work closely with senior management
• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR Managerial experience preferred.
