HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
You work closely with the organization's leadership team and the Top Management to design and implement beneficial HR programs across departments and branches.
Your Team
Your role reports directly to the Management and provides conclusions and decisions through HR metrics. You will manage a team of HR associates assigned to the company's yards/branches (specifically Luzon and Cebu).
What Success Looks Like
You are to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business directions, oversee all aspects of human resources, and act as a strategic partner to the Management while advocating for the employees. Your ability to transform all policies into executable plans and procedures will be instrumental in creating/maintaining a positive work culture within the organization.
