I. GENERAL PURPOSE

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all human resource functions of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules and regulations.
2. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
3. Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
4. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance handling.
5. Supervise performance evaluation systems and employee development programs.
