HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies (e.g., DOLE regulations in the Philippines)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Advise management on HR policies and workforce planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR management or supervisory role
