Graduate of any 4-year Human Resources (HR)-related course 
With relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager 
Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes 
Knowledgeable in implementing training and development programs 
With background in organizational development and strategic planning 
With strong work ethics and leadership skills 
Willing to travel even outside of Bicol for important Management calls and assignments
