As HR Business Partner (Manager), you will provide end-to-end HR support to the commissary team, driving workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement to achieve business objectives and sustain growth.

Talent Supply Planning: Validate staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and build partnerships with external talent sources.
Performance & Competency Management: Align divisional goals with organizational targets, manage competency frameworks, and facilitate employee assessments.
