Job Description
We have a vacancy for an HR Manager at a Commercial Firm in Plettenberg Bay. First option will be a local candidate to work on site.
Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. At least 5 years’ experience in a small to medium business, managing HR independently. Strong conflict resolution and people management skills and a team player. Highly organized and administratively efficient. Assertive with good judgment and can work practical and solution oriented. Confidential and ethical. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage HR functions: EEA, BBBEE, SDL submissions, training, payroll, disciplinary actions, policies. Oversee strategic and operational HR activities.
