Qualifications

• 4-5 years' managerial experience in human resources or related field.
• Must be residing in Quezon City or nearby.
• Willing to work on site and have a flexible shift.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the management.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and relevant health and safety laws is a must.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
