Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources operations in the Philippines. This role ensures full compliance with Philippine labor laws while driving effective people strategies that support business objectives. The HR Manager will lead key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
