HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws and oversees core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and organizational culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Develop partnerships with local job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and other relevant DOLE regulations.
