HR Manager (Remote & International US)

We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.

This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

Must be able to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Must be able to speak, write, and read English with a near fluent level
Must be hard working and willing to go above and beyond
Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities
Is able to handle high pressure environment
Has attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:
Conducting investigation related interviews
Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings
Producing complete investigation documentation
Analysing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases
