We are looking for a
Human Resources Manager
to lead all HR processes in a growing bilingual BPO environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys owning the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership, and building people processes that support both business goals and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Human Resources processes end-to-end
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing
• Labor compliance and HR administration
• HR reporting and people metrics
• SG-SST coordination
• Supervision of one HR intern

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Postgraduate in Human Talent Management is highly valued
