HR Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices & processes. This role is crucial in attracting, developing, & retaining top talent within our unique beauty service environment. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, champion our Company culture, & act as a strategic partner to Management in all HR-related matters to support our rapid growth & commitment to excellence.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all roles, from service providers (Wax Therapists) to administrative and Management staff.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Design and execute comprehensive on-boarding programs that ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the Bubble Gum X culture and fully understand their roles and responsibilities.
