HR Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position for HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
. Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
. Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external recruiters and educational institutions.
. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
. Ability to proactively build relationships at all organizational levels.
. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
