Role Description
This is a full-time HR Manager role located on-site in Sialkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.

Training and Development expertise
Policy Implementation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
