PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: At Nasty Cookies we are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to support our growing team.

This role will oversee end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR process improvement. You will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records Assist in workforce planning to support business growth
