About the role
Reporting directly to the MD, the HR Manager is a newly created role and will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR including payroll processing, employee life cycle, develop and design performance management framework as well as to set up internal HR governance. You will work closely with all the department heads and partner closely with the MD to create a robust HR framework and structure.
