This role will be responsible for building scalable HR systems and processes while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
• Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and internal documentation
