What you´ll do

• Provide Human Resources services targeted towards attracting, recruiting and retaining top talents to support Henkel's business strategies in South Africa.
• Responsible for provision of an exceptional and engaging work experience in a safe and conducive environment that will challenge employees to perform at their optimum.
• Key Tasks:
  
• 1. Develops and maintains compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
  
• 2. Develop & maintain pay structure to ensure that it is in line with market trends
  
• 3. Manage the provision of remuneration information to external providers for salary survey purposes
