-Review/revise HR regulations to be updated and to improve process
-Take a proactive, hands-on approach to daily HR operations and local labor law compliance.
-Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, handling conflicts, grievances, and investigations in a fair and timely manner.
-Enhance the process of compensation & benefit with time and cost effectively.
-Staffing the organization (recruiting, selecting & placing, job management) to enhance the business effectiveness
-Participated in global projects
II. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor payroll procedure to ensure payroll cycle processing timely and accurately.
- Development Benefit Program (Review and implement related C&B policies)
- Annual Merit Increase and Bonus-Payout managements.
