About The Role
This role is primarily focused on supporting our OCS Group colleagues which sit within the wider OCS corporate function. The HR Manager is responsible for the full employee life‑cycle process from supporting people managers with recruitment activities and managing the onboarding of colleagues through to a colleague’s departure and off‑boarding.
