Lead human resource strategies to improve performance and retention as a proactive HR Manager. Manage talent acquisition alongside employee relations and development initiatives in an evolving workplace.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who acts as a trusted partner for both management and team members. Responsibilities include delivering HR support, executing recruitment processes, and guiding employee development programs. You will analyze employee data to uncover trends and enhance engagement strategies while ensuring alignment with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership for HR guidance and support

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Administer core HR processes and lifecycle changes
• Analyze feedback and turnover data for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 5+ years of HR management experience
