As the HR Manager, Talent Assessment & Internal Consulting for Lenovo’s APAC region, you will serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders. You will lead the design and execution of advanced talent assessment initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions around capability building, leadership development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Assessment & Evaluation
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive talent assessment frameworks across APAC, using psychometric, behavioral, and technical assessment tools.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of employees and candidate pools to assess skills, competencies, leadership potential, and domain expertise.
Lead assessment centers, 360-degree feedback processes, and structured interviews for critical talent segments.
