Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Develop and implement the Talent Management Framework, covering talent identification, assessment, development, and succession planning.
- Facilitate talent review sessions with senior management to identify high-potential employees and critical positions.
- Design and manage succession planning programs for key leadership and technical roles.
- Monitor and report on talent pipeline health and readiness levels.
