1.Strategy and Leadership:
Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and support in HR matters.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company’s C&B policies.
Ensure compensation and benefits compliance with global and local legal requirements.
Monitor market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits 
3. HR Programs & Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular HR reports to HQ, detailing key metrics and insights.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Coordinate with HQ to align HR policies and initiatives.
